Bhawna Rai

Bhawna has more than 5 years in the social sector. She has worked closely with communities, CSO's and Government bodies in various districts of Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. She has extensive experience working on menstrual hygiene management, education, livelihood, and other development issues. She also has good exposure to participatory methodology.  She has undertaken research work on the socio-economic status of the community in Jharkhand and a documentary film on the plights of zardozi artisans. She is always ready to take up new challenges and opportunities for learning.
