Heena Ji has an experience of more than 15 years in the social sector. She has worked closely with communities, CSO's and Government bodies in various marginalized communities in Lucknow. She has extensive experience working on community mobilization, formation and mentoring self-help groups, education, livelihood, and other development issues. She also has good exposure to participatory methodology. She is always ready to take up new learnings and opportunities.
